1.     Skirts, dresses and jumpers and shorts must be mid-thigh in length.

2.     Jeans and pants:

a.   should be properly fitted; absolutely no saggy/baggy pants
b.   must be hemmed

c.   must not touch the floor
d.   no stove pipe legs

e.   pockets on clothing must conform to standard size and placement
f.    must not have writing on the seat

3.     No form fitting or body fitting clothing is allowed.

4.     Sweat pants should be below the knee in length and not tight fitting.

5.     No midriffs or navels should be exposed.

6.     Button-front shirts must be buttoned to within two buttons of top.

7.     No see-through or mesh shirts or tops. No muscle shirts or shirts that hang below the armpit.

8.     No strapless or tube tops allowed.  Spaghetti strap tops not allowed unless a shirt is worn
        underneath.  All shirts must have at least a 2” strap to not be considered spaghetti strap.

9.     Shirts must not contain:

a.   suggestive or foul language

b.   references to drugs or alcohol

c.   references to tobacco products

d.   references to death, weapons, or violence

e.   references to commercial wrestling (WWF, NW A, etc)

10.   No Big Johnson, Coed Naked, or any other sexually suggestive writings are allowed.

11.   Proper undergarments must be worn at all times.

12.   Bandannas, toboggans, chains and dog collars are not to be worn on school grounds.

13.   Pierced ears with appropriate jewelry are acceptable.  Other pierced body parts with attached
        jewelry, studs, ornaments, etc. are not acceptable.

14.   No unnatural shades of hair coloring (pink, green, yellow, etc.).

15.   Students cannot wear sunglasses or caps in the school building.

16.   Shoes are required to be worn at school.  Shoes with roller skates, house shoes and house
slippers are not acceptable.

 

Principals and teachers will be responsible for enforcing dress code.

Principal discretion will be used to enforce the dress code at each school.
