Macon County School System's Department of Pupil Transportation and School Bus Garage has a number of jobs available.  These jobs include 
School Bus Drivers.

Most of the jobs are approximately three hours a day, Monday through Friday, for nine months out of the year.  Approximately 1-1/2  hours work is done in the mornings and 1-1/2 hours work is done in the afternoon each day.  

Jobs start out as part-time positions/substitutes.  Employees are paid for the mornings and/or afternoons they work.

Many employees are offered full-time positions.  Full-time positions give employees the opportunity to obtain:

Paid Sick Days
Tennessee Consolidated Retirement

All necessary training is provided.  Training classes are scheduled annually.
