Due to icy conditions on many side roads and below freezing temperatures until mid-morning tomorrow, Macon County Schools will be closed on Friday, Dec 5th.

As of now, Macon County Schools will be on time on Friday, December 5th. However, this could change if the predicted weather moves into our area. Hopefully, a decision can be made tonight, but in case it cannot be made until morning, please make arrangements for your children in the event we are 1 hour late, 2 hours late, or closed. Auditions for Freaky Friday the Musical will be held in the MCHS Auditorium on Monday, December 15 at 3:15. Please prepare to sing a few measures from a song of your choice. All students, Kindergarten through grade 12 can audition. This musical is rated PG, but parents are still encouraged to watch the performance online before arriving to auditions.
