Due to inclement weather and the threat of flooding in our area, Macon County Schools will be closed tomorrow, May 9th. The safety of our students is always our main priority. Everyone have a safe night and day tomorrow.
Red Boiling Springs Jr High Awards Day will be May 22nd, at 9:00 am. The reason for this is Adulting 101 was previously scheduled on May 20th, for 7th grade and HS 11th grade. Sorry for the inconvenience please share.
Red Boiling Springs Jr. High Girls basketball try outs will now be Friday, May 10th 1:30-2:50 instead of Wednesday, May 8th.
Red Boiling Springs Jr. High Volleyball tryouts for any upcoming 6-8th grader for the 2024-25 school year will be Tuesday, May 14th 1:30-2:50
Due to the threat of overnight and early morning storms, which are forecasted with high winds and heavy rainfall, Macon County School System will be closed tomorrow, May 8th. We apologize for the short notice, the decision was based on the 3:00 National Weather Service update. There is potential for storms throughout the day tomorrow with an enhanced risk of strong, severe storms tomorrow afternoon.

Red Boiling Springs Jr. High Girls Basketball Tryouts for any upcoming 6-8th graders for the 2024-25 school year will be Wednesday, May 8th, 1:30-2:50.
MCJH Softball Tryouts are scheduled for May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd(If needed) 4:30pm – 6:30pm. They will be held at the Mark Shrum Softball Complex (behind the high school).
Any MC Jr High girls interested in trying out for the 2024-2025 team will need to be at all tryouts.
