There will be a Hiring Event on May 10 at MCHS Gym for students and the community. Student job seekers are required to pre-register using the QR code on the posters found within the high schools and will receive a ticket required to be excused from class and for entry to the event from 1p-3p. MCJHS Volleyball tryouts for current 6th and 7th-grade girls will be on Monday, April 17, Wednesday, April 19, and Friday, April 21(if necessary). Volleyball tryouts for current 5th-grade girls will be on Monday, April 24, Wednesday, April 26, and Friday, April 28(if necessary). Tryouts will be at MCJH gym from 3-5:00. Make sure to wear tennis shoes and athletic clothing. Also, you must have a current physical on file at MCJH.

Jostens is offering a Letterman jacket for the players on sports teams at Macon County High School.
FYI: Letterman jackets are intended to be ordered by any freshman who has completed his first year of a high school sport (thus one letter) and upperclassmen still involved in a sport. Jim Craig, with Jostens, was here at MCHS yesterday-Monday- to help with the sizing of these jackets. You may order your letterman jacket by logging on to the site below. Term 3 Report Cards 2022-2023 are now available in Skyward Parent and Student Access under the Portfolio area of the website and app. Anyone that needs access to Parent Skyward Account, please email the parent name and student name(s) to skywardhelpdesk@maconcountyschools.org. To view Report Cards, go to the Student Portfolio, and click on the T3 Report Card, you will then click Print on the Report Card. You will then see a "Request Queued". This should take a few seconds, then the Download button will appear. Click Download to view the Student Report Card.
MCJH 8th Grade parents/guardians who did not attend the March 20th Freshmen Orientation Meeting should review the presentation materials on the Counseling Center page of the MCHS website and follow instructions to view and approve students' course requests.
